Our Quality System
We are committed to upholding the highest quality standards by adhering to a 2.5 to 4 AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standard, customized to meet the specific requirements of our clients. At MZM (CEPZ), we implement a comprehensive inspection process throughout the production cycle to guarantee the delivery of consistently high-quality products.
Fabric Inspection
All raw materials undergo rigorous lab testing prior to shipment. Additionally, we perform random inspections using the 4-point/10-point systems to ensure that all fabrics meet our exacting quality standards.
Accessories Inspection
Accessories are subjected to random checks to confirm their compliance with required quality standards and functionality, ensuring each component performs as intended.
Cutting Room
Random inspections are conducted based on the applicable AQL standards. Each garment part is meticulously numbered to prevent inconsistencies, such as color shading, and to ensure uniformity and consistency across the entire production run.
Through these diligent quality control practices, we ensure that every product leaving our facilities adheres to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
